Our vineyard work is based on high standards, humility, and traditional farming methods. Every decision originates in the vineyard, is refined over the seasons, and is then precisely carried out in the cellar. Through our Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, and Côtes-du-Rhône wines, as well as our IGPs, we champion an authentic vision of wine, balancing tradition with a deep respect for nature.
The field
Various sources report that in 1547 a notarial deed concerned a parcel of vineyard of one éminée located "ad montem oliveti" but it was only at the beginning of the 20th century that the history of the Sabon family and this locality became intertwined.
