Our vineyard in AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape is characterized by fragmented plots, spread across emblematic lieux-dits such as La Crau, Palestor, Bois Dauphin, and Montalivet.
This diversity of soils (sands, clays, rolled pebbles, sandstone) and mesoclimates offers a unique richness of expressions, where each plot reveals a facet of the terroir.
Grenache largely dominates the grape varieties for red wines, accompanied by Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault, as well as more confidential varieties such as Counoise or Vaccarèse.
For white wines, Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Roussanne form the bulk of the blends, supplemented by Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, and Picardan.
In the Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône, IGP Gard, and Vins de France appellations, the vineyard spans a mosaic of plots with varied soils.
The vines are mainly planted with Grenache and Syrah, supplemented by Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault, as well as white grape varieties such as Ugni Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Clairette.
